Communicationnot satisfied so far. I ordered three days ago and, to my surprise, the order still shows as unprocessed on their site. First impression: poor — no updates, no weekend support to speed things up, so it looks like I won't get the item when I needed it. I went ahead and ordered from another supplier as a backup. I might cancel one of the two depending on what they say on Monday; will decide then.
