I was on my couch, packing boxes and nursing a sore lower back, when I thought I'd snag a bargain — items looked perfect for the move. I hesitated, because discounts sometimes feel too good. After I ordered they emailed a shipping confirmation, then cancelled the one I wanted most. No heads-up. Left me grumpy and I cancelled everything. Refund took ages, lots of emails and phone calls. In the end I got my money back, relieved, but trust? Still shaky, grateful they sorted it.

First impression: poor — no updates, no weekend support to speed things up, so it looks like I won't get the item when I needed it. I went ahead and ordered from another supplier as a backup. I might cancel one of the two depending on what they say on Monday; will decide then.
