Mixed feelings but still wearing them every day
Mixed feelings but still wearing them every day
Returns & Refundsthe stuff itself is really nice, but the return/refund mess wore me out. The pants I kept are comfy and I’ve been throwing them on for work, quick grocery runs and even weekend dog walks — they’ve held up and the fit is good. That’s the good part. The not-so-good: I’m still missing about £65 and the emails from support contradict themselves. First they told me to print and log each item because the site was down. I reported the missing pants. Then they said the pants weren’t missing. Then they hinted my screenshots don’t match their prices — which I know is my order screenshot. It’s confusing, and honestly it feels like no one’s looking at the same info. I get that mistakes happen. I just wish there was one clear answer and a real refund timeline. If they sort the money bit out, I’d happily buy again — the clothes are solid for everyday wear. For now I’m hopeful, still a bit annoyed, but wearing what I like. Fingers crossed they straighten this out quickly.

Product
past two years, can’t help. That made me sceptical. I kept at it, sent photos, and eventually they offered a repair option (not free, but reasonable) and a small store credit for the trouble. So that’s where my annoyance shifted to mild relief.
Using the bag felt good when it was intact — soft-ish leather, comfy on the shoulder, pockets in the right spots — but the peeling killed it. If you need a reliable everyday piece, I’d be careful. If you want something cute for occasional wear and don’t mind chasing after support, this could work. All in all I’m a bit surprised they made an effort after pushing back; not perfect, but I would buy differently next time.
Wrong size, weird process, but eventually sorted

Returns & Refunds
it was a messy ordering experience at first, but after a bunch of back-and-forth it actually got fixed — not perfect, but okay in the end. I ordered a pair of sneakers in my usual EU size and the box that showed up had the next size up. Annoying, sure, but I figured returns would be straightforward. That’s where things went sideways. My size disappeared from the European site, then popped up on the US site, so I asked my cousin in the States to grab them. His payment kept getting rejected immediately with those automated “risk” emails; no helpful reason given.
I tried live chat, which was: agent, silence, “we don’t have that info,” disconnect. Rinse and repeat a few times. One rep literally dropped the chat, and later the thread vanished like I’d been ghosted. Super frustrating, and for a bit I was ready to write them off — I’ve had smooth returns with other brands so this felt unusually clunky.
What changed was persistence. After sending a polite but firm escalation and a follow-up message through another channel, a supervisor finally reached out and arranged a refund and a one-time reorder at no extra shipping cost. It took longer than it should and could’ve been handled way better, but I did get a proper outcome eventually. So yeah, be prepared for hoops, ask for a supervisor early, and don’t expect clear answers from automated responses. In the end I’m relieved rather than thrilled.
