The return policy at Dermstore is great! If something arrives damaged or not working, they'll help you out. I did have a small problem with one of the people on the phone, they sounded a bit condescending while we were talking, but they did solve my issue in the end. Shipping was quick, which is always a bonus. I've been shopping here for a long time and will continue to do so. It would be nice if they provided free shipping to all members though.

I had a frustrating time trying to track a return and replacement item online. The customer service team couldn't really help me out, so they gave me a phone number to call instead. When I spoke to Jenal on the phone, she was super helpful. She listened to my problems and gave me all the info I needed about sending the item back. I really appreciated her professionalism and how she answered all my questions.
