First time buying from this online store and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the selection they have. I came across a face wash that's pretty much the same as the one I get from my dermatologist, just a different brand. The 2-day shipping was a huge plus since I needed it fast. Ordering was easy peasy and the website was simple to use. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience.

I've definitely seen a big difference in how quick I get my skincare stuff since I started ordering online. When I'm in Phoenix, it's like boom, it's here in no time and no problems. But when I'm in my other place in New Mexico, it takes way longer to get my stuff. Even though it's a bit inconsistent, Dermstore has really gotten better compared to before. A few years ago, there was always doubt about the products and when they'd arrive, but now they've really upped their game in those areas.

Just got my huge skincare order and I'm so pumped! The delivery came super quick this time, way better than before. And can you believe all the awesome free samples they threw in with my order? Even my daughter, who knows her stuff when it comes to skincare, was super envious of my loot. Feels amazing to treat my skin with top-notch products again. I might be 62, but hey, good skin is good skin, right?

I didn't receive my package! The delivery company claims someone took it, but that can't be right because my husband didn't see anyone. Now I have to fill out all these forms and emails to figure things out. It's so frustrating! I used to be a fan of this store, but now I don't know if I want to order from them again.

I ordered some skincare stuff online and it's been doing a pretty good job. But when I received it, the box was packaged all wrong and one of the bottles broke, getting everything else wet. It was definitely not cool, they need to fix that.
