CommunicationHey there, last week I tried to call in an order because my computer was acting up. I left two messages but didn't hear back from anyone. I was pretty bummed when I found out the 20% discount I wanted to use on two Cotz Face Tinted products wasn't working anymore. I've been a loyal customer since 2018 and this lack of communication about discounts is really frustrating. I hope they step up their customer service and make things clearer going forward.
