I recently bought some skincare products online and I gotta say, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. First off, they didn't make it clear on the website how much the shipping charges would be, so that left me feeling confused and frustrated. When I called customer service to sort it out, they said they would fix things but then they never followed up or gave me any compensation like they promised. On top of that, when I asked about the products and what they could do for my skin, the person I talked to said they weren't an expert and that they would email me more info, but I never got anything. It really made me feel annoyed and unimpressed with the staff's lack of professionalism and knowledge, especially since I expected better from this company. Then, to top it all off, the gift samples that came with my purchase were in really bad shape, which just made the whole experience even more disappointing and unsatisfying.

I really love these skincare products because they actually work as promised. My skin feels really smooth and nice now, and my mom even said I look younger. The customer service is amazing too - they always help with any questions and even sent me a free sample! How cool is that?! I especially like the pre-cleanser, serum, and sleep gel - they all feel so good on my skin. And it's great that they're suitable for sensitive skin, as I tend to break out from most products!
