CommunicationOrdering from Deep Discount was so frustrating, eh. Their lack of communication and customer service really got on my nerves, you know. I ordered a DVD and it ended up not going through. After waiting for days, I didn't hear a peep from them about what was going on. I had to reach out to them to see what was up with my order. It's just not cool how they don't keep customers in the loop like that, eh.

CommunicationI just put in a pre-order for something my son really wanted. After waiting for weeks, I called customer service and found out there were like 4900 orders before mine. I was so frustrated by the lack of info, so I went to a different company and ordered it without any backlogs. Now, I'm waiting for an email confirming the cancellation of my pre-order, but I doubt I'll even get one. Dealing with this company has been really disappointing. Better to go with companies you can trust, even if it costs a bit more.
