My mom got this huge ring ages ago, ya know? But now it's all cloudy, I think it had a topaz stone. So she sent it to another place to get it fixed, but they said she had to pay. Isn't that rude? Then she contacted the folks she bought it from, and they made her wait forever. All they offered was free shipping as an apology. She's super mad and doesn't wanna shop there anymore, totally unfair!

I recently bought some jewelry at this store and man, let me tell you, I was so disappointed with the customer service and the staff. They just didn't seem to care and didn't even know what they were selling! I had to do all the research on my own cause they couldn't give me the right info. I was paying good money and expected way better service. It was a pretty frustrating experience overall, eh.
