CommunicationMy pendant tag from this brand started wearing out, which was pretty disappointing since this brand is supposed to be all about quality and high prices. I reached out to customer service and finally heard back from a rep named Claudia, but it took a while. I gave her info about my purchase in the UK, but I couldn't find the receipt from a year and a half ago. Even without the receipt, I was hoping for better service, especially given how much I paid for the item. It's been over 2 weeks since I first got in touch, and I still haven't gotten a response that really solves the issue.
