I picked up this really nice bracelet online and it was so simple to order. The delivery was really fast and I had to sign for it which made me feel important. The bracelet looked even better in person and it came with a fancy gift box, cleaning cloth, and storage bag. I'm so thrilled with it, definitely worth the money! So, I bought this pink tourmaline ring for $2500, thinking it would be top quality 'cause it's from a fancy jewelry brand. But man, their customer service was a mess. I paid for overnight shipping, no big deal about getting it late 'cause of New Year's Eve. When it finally got here, it was the wrong stone! I had to talk to Ruth in customer service and she was a pain. She said she'd rush me the right ring, but surprise, surprise, it was late thanks to delays and excuses.
