ServiceI recently bought a really nice Cuyana bag online and was totally impressed with how good it was. But man, dealing with their customer service really sucked. I had a question after ordering and tried calling them, but couldn't get through to a real person. Their phone just sent me to an answering machine saying they couldn't take calls and told me to email them instead. They said they'd get back to me in order of messages received. Not being able to talk to someone directly when spending good money on a product was really annoying.

ServiceI recently bought a leather tote bag from this company and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. I spent a good amount of money on my order, but I had a hard time getting a hold of their customer service. Plus, they have two different domain names, which made me question if they were even legit. I never got a confirmation for my order, but they still took the money from my account. Finally, after one try, I got a response from customer service with a tracking link. But even after waiting 2 weeks, my package still hasn't been sent out. And now, I can't even email them anymore. All in all, it's been a disappointing experience and I'd warn others to be careful if they decide to deal with this company.

I tried calling and emailing them a bunch of times, but didn't hear back from anyone. It was super annoying not getting any help or even a reply from the company. I've been a customer for a while now, but after this, I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from them again.
