DeliveryI bought something not long ago and shelled out more money for next-day delivery. But it's been more than 5 days now, and I still don't have it. I tried getting in touch with customer service, but when I called, I got a message saying no one is around, and when I emailed, I just got an automated response saying my problem is all fixed. This whole lack of communication and clarity is really getting on my nerves as a customer. It's making me doubt if I can trust their services and if I'll ever get my order.
