As someone who's been a loyal customer for years, I gotta say, the selection of jewelry designs and styles at this online store is seriously awesome. The quality of the products is top-notch, and I've never been disappointed with anything I've bought. I really appreciate the fun contests and coupon hunts that Crazy Factory puts on, although I did run into a little issue trying to find a specific coupon during their Easter promotion. I also really like the "Hot OR Not" survey, where we customers get to vote on which jewelry gets sold. There are tons of great reasons to shop at this store. The only thing that bugs me is the shipping time, cause it can take like a month or more for my orders to reach me here in the USA. But even with that, I gotta give props to the team for all their hard work and thank them for everything they do.
