CommunicationSo I ordered a bunch of nose rings and cartilage earrings from this company not too long ago, eh. But you know what, it's been more than two weeks already and my order still hasn't shown up. Every time I contact customer service to ask about where my stuff is, all they say is to give it a couple more days. This whole lack of clear communication and responsibility is really getting on my nerves, if you know what I mean. I get that delays happen, but getting my hopes up and then being let down over and over again is just not cool. Honestly, I've totally lost trust in this company now and won't be using them again.
