I bought a manicure kit from this store recently to pamper my hands, which have been feeling the effects of winter. My skin is sensitive and can react badly to some products, so I really appreciated Chloe's guidance on the cream and cuticle oil ingredients. I've tried both products now and I'm happy with how they've worked for me. The nice scent of the products was a nice touch. I also found out that these are the same products used in their spas, which got me thinking about treating myself to a spa day at one of their locations next time I'm in London.

I went and got two gift sets from this place, eh, and when I opened one, the lotion was already opened and all dried up. Yuck, so gross! Thank goodness I didn't give it as a present, I would've been so embarrassed, eh. I got in touch with them to ask what happened, but they didn't even care. Boo!
