DeliveryThe shampoo and conditioner I ordered were really good, but the delivery got delayed because of some problems with the courier. However, the customer service team acted fast to fix the problem and make sure I got my products quickly.

DeliveryI placed an order for Christmas at the last minute and one of the bottles ended up leaking on its way to me. I reached out to customer service and after a few days, they got back to me with a reasonable solution. They issued a refund for the out-of-stock product, but quickly sent a replacement for the other item, which arrived in perfect shape. I'm grateful for how they handled things during the busy holiday season. The products are really good quality and I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

DeliveryOMG, the products are so beautiful! I grabbed the shower gel and lotion that smell incredible. They are definitely my new favorites! The customer service was fantastic as well. I ordered a gift and paid extra for next day delivery, but it arrived late. Cowshed apologized and refunded the delivery fee. Such a kind gesture! I'm over the moon with happiness!
