Cosplay Shop - Reviews and experiences

I was really let down by the customer service at this store. Even though I've ordered from them before and had problems, I thought I'd try again. But they let me down once more - didn't even answer my messages or give me any info on my order. It's frustrating to be left hanging like that, so I won't be ordering from them again.

I bought a pair of shoes from this store not long ago, but dang, they were too small for my feet. I made sure to pick the right size and everything, even measured the shoes myself, but they ended up smaller than what the size chart on the website said. I tried to contact customer service twice - first after 2 days and then again a few days later - but didn't hear back from them at all. It was pretty disappointing that they didn't bother to respond, and it soured my whole shopping experience.

At first, there was a little issue with the shipment, but the folks on WhatsApp were so nice and sorted it all out. Got an awesome Spiderman costume for my boy. Cosplay rocks, and the staff is amazing! Thank you!

The Chrissy Costume I got for my 10-year-old girl came really fast within the week and was just like they said it would be. It looked great on her and the size, which was 150cm, fit her just right. I had really good communication with the company, especially with Ines who was so helpful and quick to reply every time. I'm super happy with what I bought and will for sure think about getting stuff from them again down the road.
