I bought some sneakers the other day, but they ended up being too small for me. I had to reach out to customer service to sort out a return, and I was actually really happy with how it all went down. The person I talked to on the phone was super helpful and totally got my situation. They walked me through the whole return thing really smoothly, and I even got my refund on the same day. The whole process was a breeze, and I'm so thankful for the amazing customer service I got.

Converse's return policy is just terrible. I had to return a pair of shoes and it cost me a crazy $23+, which is way too much. Why do I have to shell out that kind of money just to return something I didn't like? It's a total rip-off and it really bugs me. I definitely won't be buying anything from them again, that's for sure.

So I bought this pair of custom shoes, right? And it ended up being the wrong color. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but they kept brushing me off. I even filled out a form to fix the issue, but they never even acknowledged it. Long story short, I never got my money back or the right shoes. Kinda frustrating, ya know?

I bought something from this company, and oops, I ended up ordering two of the same shoes by mistake. As soon as I noticed, I got in touch with customer service on the same day they charged my account to cancel one of the orders. They told me to wait for the shoes to come and then send one pair back.

I waited forever to hear back about my returns. Finally called and they said they have to ship to Germany before refunding. So confusing, eh?

My time trying to exchange something at this store was really bad. They didn't give me any updates on where my stuff was and the person I talked to on the phone just made things more confusing. I gave them all the info they needed but it felt like I was the only one doing any work to fix my order.
