Gift Card Purchase
Gift Card Purchase
DeliveryI had a really sucky experience when I tried to buy a gift card from this company. I placed my order back in April 2024, and kept getting emails saying my item was delivered when it really wasn't. When I reached out to customer service, they basically said they had no idea where my order was and I'd have to wait another 7-10 business days for a digital card by email. They also said no refunds for gift cards, which I thought was pretty unfair. And to top it all off, I couldn't even talk to a real person on the phone which got me even more frustrated. Finally, when the waiting time was up, they said they sent the card to my email in April - but surprise, surprise, it was nowhere to be found, not even in my spam folder. Another request had to be put in, meaning I'd have to wait another 7-10 business days for that. Overall, the whole customer service and delivery experience was a big letdown.
Non-delivered order
Non-delivered order
DeliveryI'm really frustrated with the customer service I got from this company. I still haven't got my order and it's been a hassle trying to get a refund. Their so-called 'investigations' are a joke, they keep coming up with silly excuses. It's not right to be left without my shoes or money, especially from a company that's supposed to care about its customers.
About Converse
Converse is an American shoe company that primarily produces skating shoes and lifestyle brand footwear and apparel. Founded in 1908 by Marquis Mills Converse in Malden, Massachusetts, the company has played a significant role in the development of athletic footwear. Converse is renowned for its Chuck Taylor All-Stars, a style introduced in the early 20th century. Over decades, these sneakers have transcended their athletic origins to become a staple of casual and fashion wear. Despite facing stiff competition and experiencing financial difficulties that led to its bankruptcy in the early 2000s, Converse was acquired by Nike, Inc. in 2003. This acquisition helped revitalize the brand, allowing it to expand beyond its iconic Converse All Stars. Today, Converse continues to thrive, offering a wide range of sneakers and apparel while maintaining its legacy within both the sports and fashion industries.
