ProductI recently bought two Ibis Hakka frames from Competitive Cyclist, and man oh man, one of them was a real dud. It had all these dents and bumps, some as big as 2.5 inches! I was super let down by the quality control - like, how did they miss that? So when I contacted their customer service about it, they totally shrugged it off and wouldn't own up to their mistake. To top it off, they wanted me to pay for the return shipping, on top of what I already paid for shipping the frames in the first place. It's a real bummer because Competitive Cyclist is usually my go-to for stuff like pedals and bar tape, but they really dropped the ball when it came to pricier items.
