ProductMy experience with buying from this company was super disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes in my size, but when they came, one shoe was totally off. I emailed customer service a bunch of times, but got no answers. Whenever I tried calling, I just got sent to some automated message saying they were fixing things. Not being able to talk to a real person about my problem was so annoying.
