Returns & RefundsI had a bad experience dealing with a company's lifetime warranty. I bought something that ended up having a defect. I contacted them and showed proof of the problem, but they wouldn't fix it under the warranty. The sandals were still in good shape, but they didn't care. It was really disappointing and made me feel let down by their service.
