CommunicationI ordered a pair of outdoor sandals from this company back in late June, and here we are in August and still no sign of my order. The lack of communication and help from them is so frustrating, especially when I'm just trying to find out what's going on with my order. And now I can't even get into my account on their website, no matter how many times I try to reset my password. It's really disappointing to see such bad customer service and lack of responsibility. If you're in the UK, I'd say steer clear of buying from this company.
