DeliveryI snagged some awesome deals on Black Friday but didn't end up getting my order. I was so excited for it, but it never arrived! To top it off, they charged my mom's credit card right away. So annoying, what a scam.

DeliveryI bought a t-shirt recently and ran into a big problem with the delivery. Even though I got an email saying my order was on its way, turns out my t-shirt ended up in an outdoor recycling bin by mistake without me knowing. When I figured it out, it was already too late, and the recycling had been picked up, taking my t-shirt with it. I've been talking to a bunch of customer service agents, filling out forms, and trying to get a refund for something that wasn't my fault. The lack of communication and the slow progress in fixing this has been super frustrating, and it's really annoying that I've had to deal with all this for a simple delivery mix-up. I hope this gets sorted out soon and that they take steps to avoid this kind of thing in the future.
