Returns & RefundsI almost didn't order. The photos looked fine online but I worried about the shades matching — one looked slightly different in colour in the listing, and I saw them first in a catalogue my neighbour left behind. A friend nudged me to try Capital Lighting anyway. The order went through okay. When the shades arrived one pendant was off in tone. I phoned and actually got a real person, Shavon, who was patient and kept me updated. I haven't received the replacement part yet, but the follow-up was solid. I’ll shop there again.
