I'm happy to say I'd hire Ray again — straightforward, reliable and helpful. He supplied every light and mirror for our 8000 sq ft build and it’s been in daily use since move-in — kitchen lights, baths, hallways. He made selections easy, answered questions, and followed up. Glad it turned out this smooth, honestly.

Was counting on this track light for my kitchen island, but the whole ordering and delivery were a mess. Manager at the store gave conflicting details, parts were missing and I had to chase them for basic pieces so I could actually install it. Customer service slow, felt annoyed, wasted a weekend.

Skip this place — lousy service, hands down. Walked in to grab a chandelier I’d seen online after my sister tipped me off, and both manager and salesperson were glued to screens, like zombies. Weirdly the fixture looked even better in person, so I left annoyed but tempted.

One glass shade arrived slightly dented (annoying) so I messaged customer service over the holiday and, to my surprise, they sorted it fast. No returns, no extra steps from me. Solid service, would buy again for sure.

I phoned and actually got a real person, Shavon, who was patient and kept me updated. I haven't received the replacement part yet, but the follow-up was solid. I’ll shop there again.
