I almost didn't buy this chandelier — saw it in the showroom, a buddy tipped me, but the listing said floor model, final sale, no returns and I read the one-star complaints. I was nervous, but delivery was smooth, install went fine, I'm glad I took the chance. Worth it.

I didn't expect much, but the fixture feels solid and honest — not flashy, just heavy enough and the finish matches the photos. Light output is warm and even; mounting and switches worked as expected. I had a minor parts puzzle and staff actually tracked down a replacement, which was a nice surprise.

Then customer service called, admitted their mistake and said they could take them back. The moment they offered a full refund even after the window — that's when I was actually satisfied.

Gladys answered every weird question I threw at her about slope mounting and measurements — quick emails, patient, really helpful. Another rep helped too (name's gone, but also great). Delivery came the day they said, well packed. Started sceptical, ended genuinely pleased — delivery and service were the highlights.

Worth it despite a small hiccup. I installed four sconces during a bathroom reno last week and they look exactly like the photos — clean, simple and they suit the room. One glass shade arrived slightly dented (annoying) so I messaged customer service over the holiday and, to my surprise, they sorted it fast. No returns, no extra steps from me. Solid service, would buy again for sure.
