Started well, then not so much

Product

I remember the day the first box showed up — I was pretty happy. The first four bobbleheads were spot on, great little details, felt like they’d nailed the kids' faces. That’s the moment I thought, okay, this will work for the grad gifts. I used them on the mantle during my morning coffee and they made me grin; the kids saw the well-made ones and laughed. Then the rest arrived way late, and that’s when things fell apart. Three of them looked unfinished — paint missing on lips and eyes, one leg not painted, hair basically shaved in spots. Super disappointing since these were for my senior boys. I rang customer service a few times; people were polite but promised callbacks that never came. I’m grateful some pieces were lovely, really, but I can’t trust them to finish the rest. Now I’ve got to pay another place to redo three of them, which is annoying and expensive. Lesson learned, though — I’ll be more careful next time.

Halfway through the unwrapping

Service

I was hit with a FedEx duty charge of $14.56 and they said they’d refund it if I sent the bill. I sent the bill, sent it again, waited, and got maybe two short emails in a month that didn’t resolve anything. Their phone number? Either haunted or fake — lots of hold music, lots of waiting, no real person. It’s frustrating because the product itself is great; it felt like the company did everything right on the production side and dropped the ball hard on the follow-up. I don’t want to sound dramatic but it wore me down; I even had the chargeback thought. In the end, the canvas stayed fantastic on my wall and I’d buy another for the print work alone, but I wish their service matched that. If you try them: save all your receipts, take screenshots, and maybe use PayPal so you have options. Also, a polite plea to the company — fix your support and your phone line, it’d go a long way. Overall sceptical start, mildly satisfied finish.

Late decision, messy delivery

Delivery

they shipped by standard post and it took eight days. I spent ages emailing back and forth, repeating myself, telling them I didn’t need the items anymore, trying to cancel. Eventually I let it go when they agreed to refund the $61 shipping mix-up. When the box came (yes, late) I checked and, weirdly, the photos themselves were fine — colours okay, one shot even looked better than on my phone. The frame, though, was a disappointment: edges at the back were uneven, looked hand-cut, and not very sturdy. Customer service then said they'd only refund $10 because, according to their terms, delivery matched standard timing. That felt wrong and sloppy. So: decent prints, sloppy framing, shipping lies and a refund that barely made sense. If you see this on social, maybe try another vendor — or at least ask exact shipping details twice. I told a couple friends about it and they were shocked too.

Mug mishap turned mild victory

Service

it was messy, I was annoyed, but I did end up with what I ordered — kind of. I needed the mugs because I was moving and wanted a few inexpensive, personalised ones for the new kitchen (plus my back aches and I needed reliable coffee moments, okay?). I start mid-point: on a second call where I already knew something was off, the rep basically shrugged — that's when I got properly skeptical. At first I thought, fine, mistakes happen, I'll email. Then I got a canned reply saying the promo code had been applied. Except it hadn’t. So I called again. The conversation wandered (and yes, got a little rude), someone blamed the mug handle choice — which felt like a weird excuse — and promised an update email. Day passed, no update. I tested the promo by trying to buy the same item again and sure enough, the promo appeared like it had been magically available all along. That confirmed I hadn’t imagined it. I submitted a ticket. Silence. And their site shows a bunch of glowing reviews but the “leave a review” stuff felt oddly off — fuzzy buttons, strange pages. Creepy, right? Despite all that, the product arrived and isn’t terrible; delivery was punctual enough and the mugs are fine for everyday use. So my feelings shifted from "ugh, shady" to "okay, lesson learned." I wouldn't recommend them if you can't tolerate runaround or you hate chasing people for basic fixes, but if you're patient and just need the item, you might get away with it. I’m still wary though — take screenshots, save emails, and double-check your checkout like it’s a treasure map.
