CommunicationMy experience with Buyee was really disappointing. I contacted their customer service to get some answers about a product, but they just used Google Translate to respond. As a result, I got the wrong item and Buyee wouldn't own up to their mistake. Paying fees for no support is frustrating. I don't trust them anymore.

CommunicationAs someone who uses this service, I was really impressed at first because I could buy stuff from international websites that I wouldn't normally be able to. But, my good feelings didn't last long because the customer service I got was really bad. When I asked a simple question, I just got the same copy-paste answers that didn't really help me. Their lack of understanding and bad communication made me frustrated and let down. With such bad customer service, I probably won't use this service again.
