ServiceMy toothbrush broke 6 months ago and when I tried to get help, all I got was troubleshooting tips that didn't do anything. I ended up cancelling my subscription and switching to a different toothbrush that I prefer. Then, out of the blue, I got charged for a brush head that I never even got. The customer service has been no help at all and I'm really annoyed with the whole situation. I definitely wouldn't suggest them to anyone!

I tried to get help from them, but they're not taking any responsibility or trying to make things right. I expected better from them, especially as a hygienist. It looks like they're not willing to do what it takes to make their customers happy. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a brush from a different company.
