DeliveryI ordered something three weeks back, but haven't got it yet. The tracking hasn't been updated in days, and when I tried to get help, it was useless. I emailed days ago, but no response yet. The chat support was no help, just saying to email again. This customer service is not good enough. I'm frustrated and will contact my bank for a chargeback. Maybe then they will pay attention to my order number, which is 8913425.
