Pennies-in-the-pool look
Pennies-in-the-pool look
Returns & RefundsThree months after wearing it every day the little necklace’s chain started to go this weird greenish-brown, like I’d dipped it in old pennies. That was the whole shocker — not just dull, actual patchy corrosion. I called, and the rep initially said they'd cover the return shipping, then later backed off because "60 days have passed." Supervisor said she’d look up my earlier call, but sounded unsure. Took a couple of follow-ups and a mild rant from me, plus mentioning my long history buying from them, before they finally agreed to a replacement and paid shipping. Not thrilled with the runaround, but I’m relieved it ended well — thanks for sorting it out.
