Tiny bracelet, decent delivery
Tiny bracelet, decent delivery
Productthe bracelet is minuscule — more toy-sized than adult jewellery. My 11-year-old could wear it; I couldn't even close it around my own wrist. The clasp works and it looks fine on a kid, but the metal and finish feel cheap, honestly maybe a couple bucks' worth. I phoned customer service because the site brags about support, but the rep just stuck to the no-returns policy. Would’ve swapped it for earrings or something else. Not perfect, useful for a child, disappointing for an adult gift.

CommunicationI’m no longer buying from them. Used to be a regular — little Brighton pieces lived in my daily rotation, work day to weekend, so it hurts a bit. Why I stopped: had a rough run-in with the assistant manager, Liz, over the holidays and asked for the district manager’s number (Joyce). I called twice, left two long, polite messages and… crickets. Then I rang the main 800 line and still nothing. It’s not just annoyance, it’s the principle — as someone who manages a region for a living, I expect follow-ups. So yeah, I like the product, but I can’t in good conscience keep shopping where feedback disappears. Kinda disappointing, honestly.

Productthe earrings looked good and packaged well, but the after-effect on skin was serious. Small surprise though — the post was sturdy and held tight; that part worked. Overall I’ll be more careful and avoid this seller next time.

App & Portalorder confirmation and a receipt. My heart: wait, what? I didn’t even log in. Turns out the site uses that Shop app I once had; it used the card and shipping address saved there and completed the sale without asking me to confirm anything. Annoying, felt like a trap. I called it off, cancelled both the Brighton order and my Shop account (yes, I hit cancel). Customer support wasn’t terrible — they helped, but I wished the site had warned me first. Final take: it works too smoothly if you’re not careful. Slightly annoyed, but relieved it was fixable. I’ll be more careful next time.
