I miss a second XT90 input, otherwise pretty happy.

I stumbled on this unit on YouTube and, after watching a bunch of vids, tipped my neighbour to check it out too. Delivery wasn't flawless — arrived a few days late and one of the folding panels was taped awkwardly — but the box was otherwise solid. Customer service took a couple calls to sort a missing cable and I was a bit skeptical at first, but they actually followed through. Set up in my 20 ft container home and it reliably runs the fridge, fans and heat pump. Ordered an extra Bluetti for tools and adding more panels. Pretty pleased, though could be smoother.

solid, not fiddly, plugs in with no drama. The moment I felt truly satisfied? When it charged everything without me cutting into the roof — quiet relief, really. Mild gripe: wish they had their solar blanket in stock so I wouldn’t even think about holes. Still, happy overall.

I was kinda iffy about buying the higher-watt model since all I really needed was to top up my phone and speaker, but I went for it and honestly it’s paid off. It runs my 12 V cooler fridge on long drives, keeps the fan going during humid evenings and powers some silly fairy lights that make the van feel less like a box and more like a tiny B&B. Ordered straight from Bluetti; delivery was quick and the unit arrived well protected in a neat carrying case with every cable included. One tracking update lagged for a day and I emailed support — they answered faster than I expected and cleared things up. It’s quieter than I figured, charges fast, and despite being a tad heavier than I imagined, it's part of my everyday setup now.

I bought something from this company recently, but I had to cancel my order and ask for my money back. The customer service was no help at all, and I was pretty let down by the whole experience. I don't think I'll be going back to this company in the future.
