I actually bought this for my nagging lower-back pain and was half expecting the usual online shuffle. At first support ghosted me — I emailed, waited, emailed again — classic. Then out of the blue a rep followed up, offered a return label and a quick tip that fixed the crooked strap (small thing, huge difference). That moment I sighed and thought, okay, worth it. Would've liked faster replies, but hey, it worked out and I'm relieved.

So my doubts before buying? Totally justified. Were they resolved? Not by the support team. On the bright side, the parcels did arrive intact and rejecting them at the door worked as a plan, so I didn't end up out the cost of a return to Sweden — small victory. I've had worse with smaller sellers, and I've had better with big-box retailers. I'm relieved it didn't cost me a fortune, but still annoyed at the lack of help. So yeah.

they sent a prepaid return label and confirmed a full refund without more fuss. Not perfect timing, but the way they handled that last step made me breathe out. I kept the messages and took a quick photo before returning, just in case. So yeah, don’t assume every batch is the same, check right away. If they hadn’t fixed it, I would’ve been done with them, but now I feel like I got a fair shake. Small tip — try them on as soon as they arrive and keep the packaging. Little relief, and that’s human, right?

Unfortunately after really less wearing time, the frontal point or toe of both of my shoes got detached, they are not glued anymore.

It's very unfortunate since I expected much more quality from the first shoes I bought from you. If it would be just one shoe, it would be different, but being both at the very same time, is in my understanding, a clear message the shoes have a defect.

If I don't recall wrong, I've paid around 100€, and just 2-3 months later, the shoes are not intact anymore.

Therefore i ask you for a solution since you produced them and you might be aware of similar ongoing production issues.

I tried to keep away from top brands (Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Puma, Asics, etc.), thus i wanted to give a chance to you, unfortunately the experience has not been very successful so far. From my experience with other brands, you can expect the shoe to last at least 2 years. I work in a office, so the environment is shoe friendly.

The gym clothes I bought from this brand are amazing in terms of quality and style. The designs are sleek and trendy, and the color choices are fantastic. The website was really easy to use, and my order arrived quickly, so I would definitely give them top marks.
