TrackingI ordered a pair of Planted Leggings from this online store and I was so excited to get them. But here's the thing - I never got an order confirmation after getting charged. So I waited it out for like four whole days before I decided to email customer service. They gave me an order number, but still no confirmation email. Then it was like 10 more days went by with no updates, until they told me to download this special app for tracking. Even after using the app, still no shipping confirmation. So after waiting another 7 days, I emailed them again and finally got that shipping confirmation. But guess what? I still haven't gotten those leggings yet. I wanted to wear them on May 18th, but that's looking pretty unlikely now.
