I just bought something from this company and it was a total disaster. I placed my order at the beginning of June, and by October 31st, I still hadn't gotten it. I contacted their customer service several times, but all I got were excuses and no real answers about when my order would arrive. Dealing with a company that isn't upfront and doesn't offer good customer service is beyond frustrating. I'm really let down by how they handled my order.

It's no surprise that preorders come with delays, but for items that are supposedly in stock and ready to ship, the wait for processing and shipping is unacceptable. The prices are through the roof, and while the quality is good, it's not worth the hassle, eh.

Oh man, I got these super cool clothes and let me tell ya, they are top notch! I've been getting them for ages now and I keep raving about how awesome they are. But there was this one time when my order took forever to get to me and I had to send a bunch of emails to figure out where it was. But hey, it did finally show up and the quality was still incredible.

I've bought stuff from this company before and usually I've been happy with what I got. But this last order I placed on April 2nd has been a letdown. They took my payment right away, but my order still hasn't been shipped. It's making me doubt how good their service really is, especially since their prices are pretty high. The pants are just amazing - they fit perfectly, are so well-made, and super comfortable. I've bought four pairs and I wear them to work every single day without fail. But, the only downside is how long it takes for them to show up. Usually, it's about a month or two before they arrive. Sometimes they come earlier than expected, but most of the time I just gotta be patient. If waiting around for your order isn't your thing, you might wanna try shopping somewhere else. Besides the pants, I've also given the jackets and some tops a shot. They're okay, but the sleeves are just too tight for my liking, so for now, I'm sticking to the pants.

I bought 3 pairs of pants from the website back in June 2022, spending more than $150. But now it's December 2023 and I still haven't gotten my order. I reached out to customer service multiple times, and they told me they couldn't guarantee when I would get my stuff. It's pretty disappointing that they haven't kept me in the loop about what's going on. Companies shouldn't take your money without giving you updates on when you'll get your stuff. I asked for a refund, but they said it needed approval first. I'm frustrated and not happy with how this business is being run.
