CommunicationI really wish I had known that my items were on pre-order before I placed my order. The company didn't make it clear that the product wasn't ready to ship and wouldn't be until October. When I reached out to them, they said everything would be shipped on time, but that wasn't the case. Finding out about the delays after waiting for so long was really frustrating. The customer service didn't help at all and didn't even apologize, which left me feeling let down and like I'd been misled.
