At first, I didn't see a refund code, but when I contacted customer service, they got back to me quickly and told me how to use it. They gave me my refund right away and I saved $27.00. I like how quick and helpful they were in fixing the problem. I can't wait to try out my new beach waver and see how well it works.

She sent me a shipping label and gave me lots of great support along the way. I really value their top-notch service and how much they care about their customers.
