Beach waver
I bought something from this company recently and it was a good experience. At first, I didn't see a refund code, but when I contacted customer service, they got back to me quickly and told me how to use it. They gave me my refund right away and I saved $27.00. I like how quick and helpful they were in fixing the problem. I can't wait to try out my new beach waver and see how well it works.
Hair styling tool
I recently bought a hair styling tool from this company, and sadly, it didn't work for me. But, when I got in touch with customer service, Emily was super quick to help me out. She sent me a shipping label and gave me lots of great support along the way. I really value their top-notch service and how much they care about their customers. I'd definitely suggest checking out this company, especially because they're women-owned.
Bought two curling irons
I picked up these curling irons a few days back, and they were $99 each. But then I noticed they were selling for $79 each, so I decided to shoot the company an email. Surprisingly, they got back to me really quickly and refunded me $40. Now I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself, and I even have some extra cash in my pocket!
Great products, excellent service
I really loved the products I got from this company. The scents were amazing, and the beachwaver itself went beyond my expectations. It was super easy to use and gave great results every time. I signed up for a 3-month autoship, but when I got the shipping notification, I realized I wasn't quite ready for more product. I took a chance and emailed them asking if I could delay the shipment for a month. Surprisingly, they replied the same day and were able to cancel the shipment and refund me. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled my request. It really showed me that they care about their customers and provide excellent service.
