I just bought a hair curler from this company and boy, was I ever let down. The quality was not great at all, plus there was no home button which made it tough to use. I've used other models before and this one just didn't measure up. When I contacted customer service about returning it, they said nope, no returns allowed. That really irked me and made me wonder about the company's ethics.

I like how quick and helpful they were in fixing the problem. I can't wait to try out my new beach waver and see how well it works.
