The Beachwaver was really good at first, but after a few months, the pin broke and it became hard to clamp my hair. I managed to fix it for a while, but now my hair won't stay in place and the rotating function doesn't work properly. Pretty disappointed.

Hey there! So I've been using a rotating curling iron for a long time, and I was pretty pumped to give this new one a shot with its extra feature. It was super easy to add curls to my long hair, and I thought the design was pretty innovative. But then I hit a bump in the road - turns out the temperature settings were way off. No matter what I did, the iron kept heating up to over 450, even when I set it below 400. I was worried this could damage my hair in the long run. Sadly, after just 16 months, I had to ditch the curling iron because of this issue. It's a bummer because I really loved how convenient and simple it was to use. And the high price tag? Oof, that made it tough to justify replacing it so soon. Especially when I've got my trusty Hot Tools Iron still kicking around and working like a charm!
