But when I started taking it out of the box, I saw that some parts were all messed up. It was super annoying because the box didn't look damaged at all from the outside. I got in touch with customer service and told them what happened. To my surprise, they were really helpful and totally got my frustration. They quickly ordered new parts for me, and I got them in a jiffy. Even though there was a bump in the road at the beginning, I was really impressed with how fast and smooth they fixed everything. Their customer service was awesome, and I was grateful for their quick response and effort to solve the problem.
