They called me, apologised properly (not the scripted kind), tracked down proof of what went wrong, and agreed to cover the driver cost and rush a few replacements for any damaged pieces. That didn’t undo the stress, but it showed accountability, and honestly that made a big difference. The candles themselves were exactly what we wanted and they held up through the event. So, mixed start, better finish — service was slow and clumsy at first, but once they stepped up I felt they took responsibility and fixed it. I’d use them again, cautiously, because the product is good and the follow-through eventually counted.
