Baobab Collection - Reviews and experiences

I placed an order on December 10 and was expecting it before the holidays. Three weeks passed with no email, no call — I sent around five or six emails and heard nothing back. After about a month I tried Instagram; someone replied and said they'd issue a refund that day. That refund never showed up. Messages get "seen" but there’s no real update or tracking, just radio silence. Feels like they ignore you until it's inconvenient. I've had refunds handled quickly by other sellers, so this stood out as particularly sloppy. It cost me time and money and left me annoyed. Not purposeful drama, just poor follow-through and bad customer care and reputation.
