ServiceI had an absolutely terrible experience with the customer service at this place. The staff was so rude and unprofessional. I've been waiting for a response from the customer service department for over four months now, and I still haven't heard anything. It's really surprising how they can treat their customers like that. The only good thing I can say is that I like the books they sell, but it's just not worth dealing with such disrespectful people. I've decided to take my business elsewhere and order from different stores like Flannels or Selfridges to avoid any more bad experiences with them or the high shipping costs. Overall, this company is a mess and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

ServiceI asked customer service for four packages with four orders of books in each. The response I got was so rude. The customer service was just awful! I couldn't believe how unprofessional and disrespectful they were to me. It was obvious that they didn't care about helping me or giving good service. I won't be coming back as a customer and I'll tell others about my bad experience.
