CommunicationI just bought a gift book for my wife, but turns out I already got it for her before. I didn't want two copies, so I tried to return the unopened book for store credit. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from the store after multiple follow-ups to make sure they got it. Phone calls keep going to voicemail and emails aren't being answered. It's really frustrating - their customer service is nowhere to be found!
