I had a question when I was shopping online and decided to contact customer service for help. The first person I talked to couldn't help me, but they transferred me to someone else who was able to quickly and professionally assist me. I was happy with how things turned out and liked how smoothly they passed me on to the next person. In the end, my customer service experience was good and made me think highly of the brand.

As a VIP customer, I've always been happy with the service I get from this company. But in my last order, one of the packages got swiped right after it was dropped off. Not a fun situation, but I gotta give credit where it's due - the customer service team was on it. After waiting three days for a fix, a guy named Wasim swooped in and took care of everything smooth as butter. They offered to send me a new package or give me a refund, and I really appreciate how quickly they handled the issue. The whole thing was dealt with professionally and with empathy, which made me feel like a valued customer.

The customer service rep I talked to, Joshua, was super helpful and quick to assist me when I got a messed up order. His professionalism totally made me see the brand in a different light. Really thankful for his help and would totally suggest reaching out to customer service if you have any problems.

I bought something not too long ago and it was a good experience all around. The person I chatted with online to sort out a return issue was really helpful and went the extra mile. Even though I was late with the return because of some personal stuff going on, they were super understanding and gave me a new return label. Don't bother wasting your time and money with this online store. I've had so many problems with my orders, like getting totally wrong stuff. And to make matters worse, I had to fork over a ton of cash for customs fees, something I never had to deal with when shopping at other European stores. The customer service is nothing to write home about, and their apologies are just not genuine. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of shopping here.

OMG, the online chat was super easy to use, eh! When I needed to talk to a real person instead of those boring automated responses, they answered right away and fixed my problem faster than I can finish my homework, eh! It was like, the best thing ever, seriously. 10/10, I would totally chat with them again!

So, I got this cute crop top and high-waisted jeans from an online store. But man, the Customer Service there was terrible. I spoke to this lady named Emma and she totally ignored my order issue. So I requested to speak to a manager, but they were useless too. ASOS didn't even bother to mention that my annual delivery subscription had expired and tried to charge me for next day delivery! Both of them were really rude and kept blaming me. It was honestly the worst customer service experience ever, like, seriously.

Even though I tried right away to cancel my order, I was told I couldn't do it and there was no way to get a refund. The lack of help and flexibility with customer service really bugged me and I was super disappointed with how everything turned out.

Oh man, I was so frustrated when my order ended up at the wrong place and I was worried someone might have swiped it. The worst, right? But then I chatted with this really sweet person and she totally sorted everything out and reassured me. Honestly, she's amazing! 😊
