I wasn't sure at first — paid extra for next-day because my back was killing me and I needed the stuff for a move. They took payment and promised delivery by noon, but only some of the parcels showed up. I waited, I called, they told me to hang on until the end of the month. Eventually I phoned again, pushed a bit, and the company sorted the missing-items refund and even returned the delivery fee. It took patience, and one agent was brusque and cut the chat short, but the final outcome was right. So yeah, a rocky start but ended up relieved and pleasantly surprised.

I ordered from this online store thinking my stuff would come the next day, but that didn't happen at all. Their "next day delivery" service was a disaster. I placed my order on a Monday, expecting it by Tuesday, but it was nowhere to be found by Tuesday evening. When I contacted their customer service through chat, it took forever to get a response and they were so vague. They couldn't even tell me if my package had been sent out. Finally, on Wednesday, I found out the courier picked it up, but it wasn't for same-day delivery. Another frustrating chat on Wednesday night just made me even more annoyed. And now it's Friday, and my clothes still haven't come, even though I ordered them on Monday for a weekend trip. What a mess and waste of time.
