After I ordered my stuff, it took almost two weeks to actually get it. And, like, no one even bothered to say why it was taking so long. It was pretty disappointing not hearing anything from customer service about the delay.

Unfortunately, I made two orders from the store and got two deliveries of the wrong items. Now I have two pairs of things I don't want. I tried to fix it by contacting Customer Support and sending a picture of the wrong items, but they haven't gotten back to me. This lack of communication and how they handled the situation has left me feeling disappointed with my shopping experience at the store.

As a customer at the sustainable shoe store, I was really impressed by the bio-based materials used in their products, eh? It's great to see a company taking steps towards sustainability in the fashion industry. However, I did find that the size instructions on the website were a bit misleading, you know? I recommend double-checking the sizing before making a purchase to avoid any sizing issues, for sure.
