App & Portalthe new website makes me walk away. It's not about the shoes or the staff — it's the site design. You can't zoom images, there's no search, and the collection column is misleading; it won't show every item or size even when it's supposedly there. Navigation feels clunky, pages look sparse and, honestly, not very appealing. I spent minutes clicking around and still wasn't sure what I could actually buy (sizes, availability). Fixing zoom and adding a real search would help a lot. Wish they'd roll back or patch this soon — retailers rely on basics, after all.
